Pretty amazing but not surprised! I was just informed by the greeter and the only person willing to help me that he's a salesperson and he knows nothing about the phones that he couldn't help me solve a problem but if I wanted to call somebody else they could.... So much for customer service.

I went by the store today to correct an issue I was having with a gizmo watch upgrade. (I prefer to talk to someone in person vs calling a customer service line.) There were several employees available to help when I walked in with smiling faces. Felicia C. assisted me, and she was welcoming, kind, and patient. She quickly helped me with my account and was so positive and polite. Thanks Felicia for such great customer service!

The manager, there was rude and disrespectful. He could not even stand behind the product that he sells. This manager was not just rude to me. He was also rude to another customer right after he was rude to me. And that Customer was a older lady. He should’ve shown her respect instead of disrespect.

Went to buy a new Apple Watch ultra 2 and was told I could not see or wear one because they thought I would steal it. This was after calling Verizon and being directed by Verizon themselves to go to my local store and try one on before ordering. It was offensive enough to insinuate that me, my wife and two young daughters were there to rob the store of an Apple Watch, much less the thought they they want people to hand them a thousand dollars for a product sight unseen and just hope and “trust” the untrusting company to give you what you paid for. The very least they could do is have dummy watches that could be tried on but did not operate so at least people could get a feel for the size and the weight of the watch. But instead they offered nothing and basically said tough luck go somewhere else. Highly disappointed in this store and would not go back to be treated as a thief.

I went to this store to get help activating my new phone as I was getting an error message when attempting to do so at home. The staff were extremely rude and told me they wouldn’t be able to activate my phone without paying $40. I don’t understand how a Verizon corporate store would tell me they have to charge me to activate my Verizon phone when the error I received told me to contact Verizon or to visit a store. Will never go back to this location.

Yes we went in there a few days ago. Everyone was staring. The lady walks to us and says I will be with you in a second. She goes to sit down to play on her phone. Then after waiting another 20 minutes someone else proceeds to help us.the issue was it was mainly the workers standing around looking. We had to make him ask the customer service representative questions, he was acting like he didn’t want to ask.Needless to say, we will not return.

These are the most rude Verizon Employees and Manager I have ever encountered. I have been a customer for over 28 years. The arrogance of the Norman, the store manger was off the charts as he proceeded to ask me to leave because the store hours close at 5:00 pm. As I arrived at 4:45, to purchase a new phone for my 84 year old mother, he argued with me until it was 5:00 and would not provide any service and asked me to leave the premises. I will be cancelling my subscription and service from Verizon. Customer satisfaction and service in non-existent. Fair well!

I went to get technical help with my phone. One employee started to help me until he was pulled aside, and both employees returned with a number I could call, no problem. I asked how much it was to upgrade and said I'd have to wait until next month. Then, the female employee stood holding the door open. No communication. It felt like a rude message to leave the store. I won't return to this property.

The absolute worst service! Rude, failed to greet me when I came in but greeted everyone was else! I ordered a phone for store pick up and more than 24 hours later, the phone was not ready (email said 2 hours!). I would have left, but I was getting the phone for my kid. Just terrible!

The woman with long brown hair that was working at the front entry desk at 11:30 on Friday, June 23 was very rude and condescending when I came in for help to try and turn some thing back in. She treated me like a child and started talking really slowly like I was an idiot. This whole store is full of people who roll their eyes at you when you try to get clarification on things. Not only is Verizon's cell service completely terrible but their customer service is as well!

I ordered my new phone online but picked it up at the store. The pick up was super quick and convenient. The salesperson was helpful and very kind offering to put my screen protector on my phone.

Went in to buy a new Apple pro 14 phone and a new Apple Watch…. guy stopped us at the door and said they couldn’t sell us anything without an appointment….. Seriously? I was ready to drop over $2000 cash….Oh well their loss. I will take my money elsewhere.

Kyle was fantastic! We came in today to get my phone upgraded and he gave us excellent service. He explained everything perfectly and really helped us get the best bang for our buck! We left extremely pleased and impressed by him. Yay Kyle!!!
