“Want to thank dear Aiden at the Dakota watch kiosk at the Cool Springs Mall in Franklin. I dropped off my husband's watch with Aiden to replace the battery. After returning about 20 minutes later, Aiden was smiling and told me that the watch didn't need a new battery - that, for some reason, the battery had simply moved out of its place, and the watch was now working perfectly. I was floored. Most people would have simply put in a new battery - regardless. How refreshing to see such kind honesty and wonderful service! Just a huge thank you to Aiden!”

“I inherited my father in laws vintage Omega Constellation and he told me it fogged up all the time and it was in pretty rough shape so I never wore it and it sat in my watch box for over 20 years. Fast forward to December 2023, I was tired of my Apple Watch bossing me around and started wearing my other Rolex and Omega watches so I finally decided to get the Omega Constellation serviced. SJR had great reviews and was close by to my home so I dropped it off and in short order, they gave me a very reasonable quote to get it repaired. I picked it up today and I am thrilled with the finished product. I highly recommend these folks, don’t waste your time with any other service center. Thanks SJR!”
