“I had taken a ring to a jewelry store in downtown Franklin to have a free inspection and cleaning, and was told I had 2 loose stones in my ring and that I may loose them if they tried to clean it, they suggested I leave it for repair over the weekend and the repair would cost 100.00
I took it to Johnnie with out telling him what they were going to charge me. he looked at it, said one stone might be slipping, but because of the channel setting it wouldn't come out, picked up a tool, crimped the setting, cleaned it and handed it back to me. When I told him he just saved me 100.00 bucks, He just shook his head and told me to have a nice day. Their customer service is beyond the best. I can not say enough great things about them!”

He expertly provided all the jewelry services I'd hoped for: he answered my questions about diamonds and the re-design process, he sourced diamonds for me to consider, he examined and evaluated the quality of the diamond I found, he gave me credit for the gold from my wife's original ring set, he coordinated the re-design of her new engagement and wedding rings with his team, and provided the new appraisals for our insurance policy. The whole process was very smooth with Nolan providing timely, thorough, and helpful communication. I highly recommend Nolan and Valentina Sarai Diamonds!”
