“The Heirloom Shop is a one stop shop in Franklin! The staff is so friendly! It’s the kind of store where you can buy for everyone on your Christmas list from kiddos, to your friends and even for the grandparents! They carry many exclusive brands - Smathers & Branson, catstudio, Scout… and many more of my faves! The best part is - they’re online! I don’t live locally and I love to order on their site between my Franklin visits! If you’re lucky enough to be close by The Heirloom Shop… run don’t walk! It’s fabulous!”

My wife and I ended up at the store twice over the last week and the experience was the same both times, with different employees, good job management.Obviously it's Duluth, the quality of the clothing is great. We had to do an exchange from an online purchase, before we even got done looking at other items she had already gotten the correct size and completed the transaction. Many boutiques that I have been in Franklin, have had snobby owners who don’t greet when entering store. This place was a breath of fresh air and a big bonus- super cute clothes! Will be back.”
“So my daughter was shopping for some pants for winter and we needed jeans but also her favorite.... sweatpants. We tried on a couple. But ultimately she like the pink ribbed sweater pants. Shes a size 20-22 in kids but a size small-m if they stretch in adults. Or a size XL-XXL in adults if it doesn't stretch. Well these pants have so much stretch it was CRAZY. ALSO they were all soooooooo sooooffffttttt. She wants to come back and get about 5 more pairs. The staff was helpful. We needed the pink pair we bought and they went to go get it in the back of the store for us. Also my daughter loved the dressing rooms. Very beautiful.”

Molly was such a huge help in the fitting rooms. She had me try on things that I would've never picked for myself but I ended up loving them and buying so many things. Such a strong workout that strengthens the whole body & doesn't stress the nervous system.
