“We came to SouthEast Bank recently and needed help in setting up auto pay and several accounts. Rachelle Thomas worked with us for over three hours getting things set up. The next day Rachelle spent another two plus hours with my wife with other accounts. When I needed documents on a cruise we were going on she spent another hour or more making copies because our copier was not working. She is so friendly and helpful. The bank employee we have ever worked with. I give her 6 stars.”

“I'm not an ACTUAL customer here but have considered and still think of opening at least a simple savings account here because both my mother and daughter already bank with these guys and naturally anyone with open location gets a notification to rate a business so that being said..
I like the place and almost always favor a credit union over just a bank. I admit that I'm not real knowledgeable on current economics but my folks believed that credit unions had better interest coming and going. But it's clean and modern and everyone is always friendly and helpful.”

“I initially came for an auto loan after having a not so great experience at my bank. Meghan Pemberton is AMAZING. She was so welcoming, so friendly, so helpful. After our first visit on the day we came to inquire, my Dad and I didn’t want to leave.
Once we found a car and came back two days later, she was just as terrific. We were there for a long time, she even had to stay 30+ minutes past closing. But that didn’t bother her, she seemed happy to be there! She answered every question, had friendly chit chat while we waited on each of the steps, and gave personal advice for the circumstances of the loan.
Having such a terrific experience with the loan made me open a checking account so I can move from my previous, very corporate and not personable, bank (BOA). If my dad didn’t live out of state, I’m sure he would have done the same.
When I came back a few days later to pick up my debit card, she seemed excited to see me and celebrated my new car with me.
I highly recommend working with Meghan! She needs a raise.”
