“If you are looking for a wonderful, clean, and welcoming place to live, look no further!! My husband and I lived here for a little under 2 years (just bought a house) and we loved every second of it! We were both so sad to leave this place. The apartments are so pretty and everyone is so nice and helpful! Maintenance requests were always answered quickly, even though we rarely ever had to submit maintenance tickets. The amenities are great and always clean! We will truly miss this place and the people here! I cannot recommend this community more. We love Vintage Foxland!”

“My husband, son and I have only lived here for about a month, but it’s been great so far. The community is very clean and well taken care of. Our apartment was in great condition upon moving in. All staff have been very friendly and welcoming. It certainly feels more like a home than any other place we’ve lived. The day we moved in, numerous neighbors welcomed us which isn’t something we’ve ever experienced before. It was a wonderful form of real southern hospitality. VERY family friendly. I’ve noticed some people complain about the dumpsters here, but that’s a tenant responsibility ultimately and the maintenance men go above and beyond with their duties to clean up the area. They deserve a lot of thank yous for that. And in regards to the train noise, I’m not sure what people expect if they live next to a train track. We are right next to the tracks and it’s definitely manageable to sleep through at night even as a light sleeper. Turn on a sound machine if you need and you should be just fine. So far zero complaints and we’re very grateful to have found this gem of a spot. Nice gym and reasonable rent. Great location wise too. I HIGHLY recommend moving here. There would have to be some very dramatic shifts that I don’t foresee in order to change my mind.”

“I just wanted to put this out there concerning the manager melissa at wellington farms is the best manager you guys have ever had. One day, I went in there and started talking to her and I was depressed, I was down.I just was not digging life. So when I talk to melissa, she taught me through some things, and helped me very much to get them released from my depression, and also she helped me find my apartment in my one bedroom.I need to move from a 22 a one, and she found me movers.She is just one of the kindest apartment managers.I've ever met. Wellington farms is blessed to have Melissa as their apartment manager.”

“Marcus the maintenance man was a wonderful soul that came to the rescue after my AC went out. I called this morning and my unit was fixed this same day. I've never seen any maintenance person so what he did. He even made sure the temps were good with his checker. Awesome experience today. Props to Marcus. Thank you villages for hiring him.”

“I use to live at this complex years ago and I paid to break my lease. I had been getting text from a collection agency telling me I owed them. I called August Oaks and spoke to Cynthia who was truly amazing!!! She helped quickly and notified the collection agency and let them know I did not have a balance. She also went above and beyond to write a letter to a property manager I am interested in moving forward with and let them know of the situation. It is really hard to find genuine people like Cynthia. I just know she August Oaks is lucky to have her!!”
