“Overall my experience with Jake was good but I recently went in because Jake said that I was able to come back in to do an in person balance transfer. He was super amazing and very detailed with helping me as he could see I had some knowledge but not all knowledge. I saw a few comments on how they should hire people that want to work and I agree. It was one guy can’t remember his name but he did ask what I needed and greeted me. I let him know what was needed, he followed up with Darcy and I believe Whitney was her name… they basically kinda brushed me off so they could finish the conversation they had but pretty much directed me to call online for everything. If I wanted to do it online I wouldn’t have gotten in my car to drive to speak to a person lol kinda obvious you can do things online but also some people don’t always want technology help we like humans to help especially if it’s there JOB…”
