“Opening the account was great the team is very polite and efficient.
I was bothered the next day when I deposited a personal check from my other bank for a closing I was doing the next day. When trying to send the wire I discovered there was a bank hold on my check.
They explained it was an internal process and the decision was made behind the scene. It was just inconvenient for me to make alternate arrangements.”

It is stressful enough to have to get a new card and have to change your card number on all of you accounts etc. Without feeling like your bank finds you suspicious onto of your stress. Just pull up by the pharmacy drive thru on the right and they’ll deposit or withdraw whatever you need! Very happy with this branch, highly recommended.”
“Overall my experience with Jake was good but I recently went in because Jake said that I was able to come back in to do an in person balance transfer. He was super amazing and very detailed with helping me as he could see I had some knowledge but not all knowledge. I saw a few comments on how they should hire people that want to work and I agree. It was one guy can’t remember his name but he did ask what I needed and greeted me. I let him know what was needed, he followed up with Darcy and I believe Whitney was her name… they basically kinda brushed me off so they could finish the conversation they had but pretty much directed me to call online for everything. If I wanted to do it online I wouldn’t have gotten in my car to drive to speak to a person lol kinda obvious you can do things online but also some people don’t always want technology help we like humans to help especially if it’s there JOB…”
