“I came in to the store and was happily greeted by Donna! She immediately asked me how she could help. I let her know my daytime running light was out and she started looking up the part. I had called my dealer and they said they would have to call me back. After several frustrating moments of waiting Johnathan also happily assisted with the purchase of the part and instillation. He just saved me a whole day of frustration with my vehicle dealer and doesn’t know what he just did for me! Thank you O’reillys!
