“Had no idea this store was open to the public. I've shopped at a store next door for 20 years, figured they were more wholesale. Local auto stores were out of my battery and my brother recommended Interstate. GLAD HE DID! I still wasn't able to get a new battery, but did get a refurbished one for about 65% cheaper than new, and it's warrantied! I had no idea anyone sold refurbished car batteries. Ya learn something everyday and today i learned I'll be buying my batteries here from now on.”

“Had a 9am appointment to unload my 53" trailer. Arrived at 8:40. Was unsure of the dock location, but once I pulled into the lot I could see there was a large area around back with a dock for large loads. Posting this because as of now Google hasn't updated the street or satellite view and it looks like its still under construction. Got docked right away and am being unloaded already.”

“I had a check engine light come on a couple of days ago & due to my work schedule have been unable to have it checked out. Luckily, I got off early enough but, barely. I felt horrible about coming in so late, but scared to continue driving with the light on. Not only was Gary super helpful but, very friendly. As we apologized for the inconvenience, he kindly told us not to worry it was no problem. It is such a nice change to go to a business & not feel like you are a nuisance by simply coming in. “I will say this is a great auto store because yes im disabled so it is hard to do something on my car but the other day I seen that the spoiler on my Hyundai Santa Fe was loose and when I checked it was missing 2 nuts so I called Auto zone and all those idiots can say when I call was well we can't look up nuts on the computer and that I would have to bring in my spoiler for them to help me out well then I decided to go to this O'Reilly's and when I went in the lady was so helpful she went to my car and took one of the nuts on the other side of and matched it up and found the one we need and even put the new ones on”
