“I wish that I remember the name of the gentleman that protected our family in the store during a tornado warning that came through the town at the beginning of summer late night when the store was about to close. He said he’d stay with us as long as we needed him to even though it was after hours and offered us water and put us in the safe bathroom and even brought us a table and chairs. Although the electricity knocked out the cash registers, he wasn’t even upset that we couldn’t purchase anything that evening All he cared about was our family with our two small children. “Vic Jenkins is my local auto repair shop and they’ve done extensive quality work for me since 2018. From a cab off major engine repair for my V-10 F-250 to oil changes and front end alignments on the truck and our small crossover SUV, they can handle it all. Recently, I had our 2017 Mazda in to the dealer for an electronic repair. Of course they found 9 additional items that “needed attention.” Those 9 items included things like wiper blades, cabin air filter, and other minor things I handled myself.
But they also included replacing a front axle, tune-up, alignment, serpentine belt, and a couple other things I couldn’t do. Their estimate was approaching $3,000. I called Jeff at Vic Jenkins and explained what I needed done. He called back later and quoted me less than half the inflated dealer price for the same work! I said “sign me up!” They did it all and the car runs great! Saving $1500 is no small deal for me!
If you need quality auto repair work done, check out Vic Jenkins in Gallatin and speak to the service managers Jeff or Travis. Two gentlemen who will be honest with you and get you a quote for your repair that makes sense! I prefer to patronize local business whenever possible and Vic Jenkins gets my business.”

“Considering we were a last minute service need, there’s really no complaint. Needed to have our drivers window actuator replaced because we are traveling with our travel trailer and far from home. At home it would have likely cost me half of what I paid, but what’s a guy gonna do. Finally after 6 hours of waiting as there apparently are no loaners for out-of-towners and $640 out of pocket we were off. I’ll give the fella credit though, he noticed my Vietnam Veterans tags and applied a $60 vet credit. Thanks for taking us in at the spur-of-the-moment and fixing our Expedition’s window.”
