I've always found shopping at CVS fairly easy. Never really had any issues at CVS.

Was there to pick up OTCH items at CVS only allowed by BCBS. Store was a mess, a lot of out of stocks with only about 40% of the vitamins on the shelf. Store associate was very helpful trying to find what I needed to no avail. No CVS Gallatin next time.
