“Shop here mostly. Prices are high every where. They are less expensive than Publix. But not enough helpful, kind employees to help you find things like Publix does.They do have sales at Kroger, as well as digital coupons, plus points for discount on gas. There is a Kroger in all towns I visit regularly. I like that they have a union for employees for job security.”

I have not had any issues so far , Matt is a good pharmacist so are rest of the staff , they are kind to me and of course sometime they are busy butIt’s Gallatin and we’re getting lots of people moving to Gallatin that’s why it’s busy but I think some people will complain so matter what !If they see you walking on water they’ll say he / she can’t s swim that’s why !!!”

Then not only did I get a text but the lady also called me to tell me it was ready since she knew I was really worried and it was an antibiotic…Great customer service!!!!”

“Gotten a lot better this yr. Was ready to go somewhere else and I don’t even have meds. Just pick up and handle my parents/families. They close for lunch and last yr the times would vary. Or you would call in a refill and be told when to pick up… to only get there and be told we have to wait days for the truck! But this year and its entirety have been more consistent, lines may seem long at times but move faster than they were… and most of the employees are always polite and helpful.”

“I have been using the pharmacy at Walgreens almost exclusively since moving here 8 years ago, and the service under the current staff, Renee, Brad, Donna etc has been especially wonderful. I recently received a prescription that, for a variety of reasons, was very difficult to fill (long story), but Mellissa G happened to answer my call and proceeded to make follow up calls for over a week until the issues were resolved. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement, and I am extremely grateful! Thank you Melissa, and ty Walgreens for such excellent service!!”
