“y'all, I made an effortless return to Belk today. The customer service representative was fantastic. We laughed and talked as she completed the return. The return was as easy as the purchase. Belk in Gallatin is wonderful. The store was super clean as well. Belk is quickly becoming my new shopping playground in real life. If you don't know, you're missing out.”
“My first trip to wal mart in about 6 months and I had 3 different employees tell me "thank you" for shopping with them, asked if I needed help, and to have a great day. The store was clean and organized, I was starting to wonder if they were going out of business because everything looked untouched and no items were misplaced that I had seen. Oh, and there was no hour long wait time in any check out line!
