“After an anxious cat fiasco I pulled in later than planned, around 1am. Evayne took the time to set me up with a pet friendly room, no carpet, clean, no places the cat could hide, I could park right outside the door to my room so taking things in/out was very easy, the whole establishment was kept really tidy, and employees were very friendly and accommodating.
For the price, this deal is amazing. It’s not very up to date and the breakfast is not something I’d go for but it did provide everything I truly needed.
Felt compelled to leave a review after booking another stay at Baymont except in Virginia. The Virginia location (Salem/Roanoke) is absolutely terrible and had none of the things I liked so much about my stay at Gallatin.”
“The room was clean and cheap. The location is spot on. The service was impeccable. The beds killed my back; Kind of high for me, I'm 5' 3". Just generally uncomfortable. We stayed for 4 nights. It's definitely worth the price point, but if you're a bigger person, a shorter person, or just have back issues... not so much.Rooms: Clean. Beds sucked.Nearby activities: Middle of the main hub area in Gallatin. Close to freeways.Food & drinks: There's a sushi place attached to the hotel and a Wendy's right across a small street. Other food within line of sight from the hotel.”
“The breakfast is priced at $11.50 for adults and $4.50 for children. During Thanksgiving, the children's rate is increased to match the adult price, while the adult rate remains unchanged. Some may find this difference concerning, considering that the amount of food my 4- and 7-year-olds consume does not vary, and it might give the impression of prioritizing profit over fairness towards families with kids. It could be more equitable to adjust the children's pricing if necessary, as the current policy appears to focus on maximizing revenue from families with children.
After consulting with a different concierge, the fee for children remains at $4.50. Additionally, I attempted to contact the live chat; however, they did not respond.”
