“They were super nice and communicated extremely well. The only issue I have is that I showed the attendant my coupon for 10% off and looked at my receipt afterward and she only gave me $10 off. My bill was over $160 so not a huge deal but it would’ve been nice. There was a longer wait than I had anticipated. It would be great if there had been an approximate wait time available on the website or app. Also, if you want people to fill out these surveys, you should have a QR code instead of having to type all this stuff in to access it”
