“Last Friday, while driving to Murfreesboro on 109, I noticed a loud noise and a burning smell coming from my vehicle. I quickly pulled over but couldn’t identify the issue. As I continued, the noise and smell only got worse. Thankfully, I pulled into BJ’s at closing time and met Billy, who went out of his way to help me, even though they were already closed.
Billy didn’t just address the immediate issue but made sure everything was taken care of. The next day, I returned to BJ’s for new tires and routine maintenance, and they’re even working on my other vehicle now.
BJ’s has gained a customer for life with their incredible service, and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism. Good people make all the difference!”

“We had a surprisingly pleasant experience at the Service Center today. I had an issue in the past with miscommunication on when my car would be ready but today Drew really showed what exemplary customer service can be. He was pleasant, communicative and went above and beyond to ensure I had a seamless experience from start to finish. I truly felt like he valued me and my business. Paige and others I was greeted by were friendly too, asking if I needed assistance. It can be hard to get a hold of them over the phone ahead of time but making appointments online is very easy and convenient.
