“These stores are awesome. When going to a mall, you'd think there would be the basic stores you see everywhere, but not here!! We loved the different selections and types of stores in the mall, especially the sports, vinyl store, and knick knacks. The prices weren't ungodly and we were able to splurge on ourselves without digging too deep into our pockets.”

“Great place to shop for black bears to take home or fur baby black bears. Love the fact the customer service is excellent and even offered to hold my items while we walked around Gatlinburg. Will definitely be back.”

“Long wait for the tram up in the morning. Expect an hour plus in the busy times. We wait nearly 2 hours on New years. The wristband can be gotten in person if sold out online, but it sold out in person too for the New years celebrations. Ice skating, small zoo, and scenic chair lift were all worth the time they took to do with short waits. We enjoyed their fudge. Expect everything to be expensive. The tennesee flyer had over 3 hours wait and was closed the next day. Rock climbing and ice bumpers were also closed with New years. Decent excursion, but expect waits with popular.”

“Most units were closed on the day we visited. However, the concept of an arts community where the artists live above their studios is a very interesting idea. The architecture was attractive and the place was very clean.”

“This is my favorite place to shop in all of Gatlinburg!! Love Zi Olive and so many of the other shops here. I always come here when in town..will be coming back.Came back and zi olive had new amazing flavors and products so good..also tried Friar donuts and wow was it good! Definitely try it yum!”
