“Tammy at the counter at the Keith st. Cleveland, TN office is always super nice, friendly, courteous and fast service. Even when she is busy and understaffed and even we people are giving her a hard time about the carriers not attempting to deliver packages. She can't make them deliver, it would make her job a lot easier if they did. At least when I do have to go out of my way to go to the post office, because the carriers don't want to do their jobs, I always have a good experience there. I never worry if the line is long, because she does her job very well and always with a smile. Thank you, and give her a raise, or at least some help.”
