“I recently purchased a Pictionary game from this store and we used it for our family game night last night. I tweaked the rules a bit to keep it to just 3 rounds, and it worked perfectly for us. The game was a hit—we had so much fun and shared plenty of laughs, which made our bonding time even more special.
Customer service was excellent, and the store itself was very clean and well-organized. I’ll definitely be back for more game night finds!”
“Very helpful young lady there went so far out of her way for me. She spent probably 15 minutes trying to help me find what I needed and even went so far as to open up one of the products packaging to make sure it had exactly what I needed. I felt really bad because in the end it did not have what I was searching for. I hope she doesn't get in trouble for opening packaging that I ended up not purchasing but she certainly made my visit to this store a pleasant one and made a lasting impression on me as to what sort of caliber associates you have working for you. She made Michael's customer experience a treat when compared to most other retailers these days and I commend her. Wish I knew her name but she has red hair for anyone that matters. Give this girl a raise already .”

“This was an unfamiliar location, and I don't know how the aisles managed to be so poorly-labeled, and why things were in areas that had nothing to do with their purposes, but the staff were very helpful, which is why I'm giving 4 stars.
When you're exasperated and just want ribbon, and it's literally not labeled or in a place that makes sense, having someone able to point it out quickly (I politely asked, they didn't design the store) helps so much.”
