“Came into T Mobile needing a new phone and wanting to port over my iPhone, iPad, and apple watch. From the moment I walked in the building until the time I left, AD was an incredible help. He was very friendly, professional, and patient. He thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each plan, as well as the phone options. He eased on my concerns with expert advice and answered any and all questions. He made it seamless and it was a pleasure to have such a flawless experience. In a world that’s seemingly forgotten about the importance of the customer experience, AD at the T Mobile on Germantown Parkway in Cordova TN was top notch! He deserves a raise, promotion, and praise. I’d send every family, friend, and colleague to him in the future.

The questions to upgrades to everything conveniently located within 2 block radius of my home. So therefore that's why I use it pretty good folks in there. “Phenomenal service all around!! I visited this store back in January 2023 and was helped by Cheston. He's a very nice guy and he answered all of my questions. I was curious about upgrading my current iPhone and he handled it like a pro.I then returned in early March 2023 and was helped by Carlos. Cheston was not there that day but no matter. Carlos helped me with all of my iPhone needs and answered even more questions. He also installed a new tempered glass screen protector and it was done within a few minutes. I highly recommend the GO-TO screen protectors as they are super easy to install. Carlos went above and beyond and I was highly satisfied.I really am very surprised at all the negative reviews. Here's the thing. You have to go in to a cell phone store prepared and ready to ask questions for whatever problems you are having. You cannot go in there and not know what you are there for. When I was there the last two times, other people were very impatient because it's like they really don't know what they are doing there to begin with. You have to be prepared. I went in to get a new iPhone 14 Pro Max, with a tempered glass screen protector and mobile phone insurance. I waited my turn, patiently, and when it was time, I asked questions about anything that was necessary.When you are prepared to do business, then you won't be there very long.
