“Prompt, courteous and informative. Steven was very professional as I entered the bay. Sign in was easy as he instructed me what the process would be as he entered my info into the system. McKenzie in the meantime, began draining the oil from the car and gathering everything needed for the change. There was back and forth communication between the two as everything was checked out to let the other know what was being done as to make sure nothing was overlooked. Steven went over future services I might need but said since it was an older model Volvo, they would not have the parts needed to do some of them. He said either Volvo or a specialty business would have to do them. After about 15-20’, everything was completed and they thanked me as I drove away. Hats off to both of them!”

“I came to get an inspection done on my truck at the Covington Pike location, Jason was the one who assisted me and when I tell you he was awesome Jason let me know the things that needed to be done and gave me a print out with the pricing. Jason was so pleasant and kind and In a world where being kind is not always the customer experience I can say you have an amazing employee in Jason, I did not get my service done today but because of Jason I will be back when time allows to get it done and I will definitely be recommending your location for any service needs.

“Had my Nissan Altima oil changed it the store in Collierville on 7-30. The guys changed out my air filters. The cabin air filter was a huge challenge to remove. 4 guys tried their hardest to remove the filter. Luke was the last one to take on the task. He worked on this for 25 mins I bet and trouble shooted until he got it done . Nice work Luke!! 5 stars all the way”

“Friendly staff. I love how fast this is and no appt required since I was overdue for an oil change, and didn't have time to leave my car for a full day with other mechanics.
I didn't mind that they tried to sell me wiper blades; I did need them. But, I didn't like that they presented their most expensive oil change prices, leaving out mention of the base price. It's written on the card below the expensive prices but he slightly covered it when he pointed to the others. He gave an odd explanation of why the basic oil change isn't a good one.”

“Great service. Everyone was professional, thorough, and quick. Tristan took time to explain the best options for my vehicle. He wasn't pushy to get me to overspend but made recommendations that were wise. He knew his work! There was another guy who seemed to be training new staff; he spoke clearly and was training them very well. I notice things like that, being an industrial-organizational psychologist; their customer service and training were both great! I was in and out in maybe 15, if that. I will be back.”
