“Had my Nissan Altima oil changed it the store in Collierville on 7-30. The guys changed out my air filters. The cabin air filter was a huge challenge to remove. 4 guys tried their hardest to remove the filter. Luke was the last one to take on the task. He worked on this for 25 mins I bet and trouble shooted until he got it done . Nice work Luke!! 5 stars all the way”

“Extending grace knowing that we all have bad days, I am not upset however I would not be truthful if I didn't say my experience had a negative moment. As I drove up, one technician asked me to move to another bay. Two were open so I moved to the next one. Another technician began yelling at me to move to another bay as if I broke a cardinal rule. I complied but as I was pulling onto the ramp, she was giving one set of instructions while another tech had slightly different ones. She yelled at me again and I calmly explained that I was getting two sets of instructions which caused her to give an eye roll to her coworker and usher him away. As I said, anyone can have a bad day but some customers might decide to go elsewhere because of such behavior. As you can see, it remains on my mind days after it happened.”

“I took my Lexus to the Collierville Gateway despite some negative reviews I saw because I have never had an issue at other Gateway locations. My issue was a very strong pull to the right when driving. I figured something was damaged with the suspension or I needed new struts. I dropped the car off early Saturday morning and they were so nice explaining what they would do. Within a couple hours they called and said I had a bad tire. That was it. I so appreciated their honesty and integrity when they could have easily taken advantage of me and I would have never known. Many shops would have. Also I was only charged $35 for the diagnosis when a lot of shops are charging 4-5 times more. In my mind they'd stock just went up dramatically and I will definitely return to this location. Thank you for a great experience.”
