“Great Pharmacy here, staff is amazing and probably one of the best Walgreens in Memphis, but I have issues with Walgreens getting approved for certain medications using Medicare, the store did all they could to assist but as a whole Walgreens is going down, I’m sure I will not be using Walgreens as a pharmacy as I get a whole lot better service elsewhere, only in extreme emergencies, this view is not against the store but Walgreens altogether!”

“This is, hands down, the only Walgreens I will ever go to for my retail pharmacy needs. Between their knowledgeable and efficient pharmacy staff to their friendly and helpful front end team, they've got it all.
I just wish that their corporate management would support them more effectively; it's clear even from an outside perspective they need more payroll and staff to truly shine. They're doing a great job with what they have!”
“The short, very dark-skinned cashier with wild hair (Janelle - in case there are others who share her name) was completely impolite and unprofessional. I frequent this location often, however, they recently changed their credit card machine and I was inserting my card incorrectly. Yes, it did take a few attempts and I finally asked Janelle to swipe my card for me because I clearly wasn't getting it. She rudely took my card and swiped it correctly (strip facing downward would have been the better way to word it instead of simply saying upside down) and acted as though she'd been asked to do the most demeaning task ever.
This store is in a very nice location so it would be nice if ALL of the employees matched the values of this community. Janelle's rating is a -5, but since most of my interactions are pleasant at this location then I will not allow this one negative experience to influence my overall rating too much.”

“We absolutely LOVE this pharmacy!! This pharmacy is like a boutique shop, catered take home meals, and drug store all in one!! Prices are much better here too compared to other bigger chains!! Highly recommend changing and going local!!!”
