“Great Pharmacy here, staff is amazing and probably one of the best Walgreens in Memphis, but I have issues with Walgreens getting approved for certain medications using Medicare, the store did all they could to assist but as a whole Walgreens is going down, I’m sure I will not be using Walgreens as a pharmacy as I get a whole lot better service elsewhere, only in extreme emergencies, this view is not against the store but Walgreens altogether!”

“This review has been a long time coming but due since life keeps tossing me curveballs it’s taken awhile.
This pharmacy I can NOT say enough good things about! They’ve helped me when during some very important and scary times and one example which I still find hard to talk about is my precious and beloved cat developed renal failure and Regal compounded a medicine that I was so worried I was not going to be able to get down him, turns out he LOVED it and thought it was a treat he got twice a week. He would come running when he saw the bottle and syringe (it was a liquid) and waited impatiently I might add for his ‘treat’. He lived to be 23 years old so definitely credit Regal Pharmlab with helping to extent the time I got to be with him!
The second instance of them being so wonderful is im allergic to almost all brand except one of a certain medication and no one can get it but miracle worker Chris was able to find the brand I needed which has helped me tremendously!
The third instance is when I had a disc out in my back (since had surgery which I don’t recommend to anyone its so painful but that’s for another review) and when I hobbled in I was told by Pam that next time to call she would run it out to me instead of me hobbling in to get my monthly meds. I thought that was so kind and thoughtful because they are busy!!
All in all I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone and yes I know im letting Germantown’s best kept secret out but they deserve the praise they are all so kind, caring and truly concerned about their patients!!!
