“Patton pharmacy after months of looking was my last one on a list of many. I'm so happy I tried them !!
The first day was working with the owner transferring all my meds from the worst and biggest pharmacy to Patton, second day I walked in and was actually greeted with using my name..its just like the pharmacy's used to be like many years ago.
I just love no crowds, no long lines in the drive thru, and the prices are just the same as Walgreens..Owner calls me with updates, birthdays and even a wellness check after a surgery...its worth giving them a try, on your next new med, transfer that to Patton, then you can see the difference for yourself...”

“We (my wife really) drive from Central Gardens and pass a substantial number of pharmacies to get our prescriptions from Wellcare. It has just we need in these times of anonymity and isolation. They know who we are when we walk in. We check on how we’re all doing and catch up on news. It is rare to be treated as a whole human being in retail and service environments. That recognition translates into working—sometimes under very my frustrating circumstances—with prescribers to get the best outcomes for their clients.

I also respect and admire their business hours. In my own business I encourage my clients to be human and take time for life, relationships, and community. By being closed on weekends, the Wellcare family models putting themselves first on their list. Making more money on the weekend is less valuable than the time we can spend with each other. Some people say “time is money”. That is entirely false. Time is time. Once a second passes, it can never be recovered. You can always make more money.

“I haven't updated my review here since 2016 and it's way overdue. I came here a lot as it is my neighborhood Walgreens and sometimes I would go here three different times, morning afternoon and night, I know :-) The very pleasant and friendly voice of the lady at the register welcomes me with the "Welcome to Walgreens" mantra and she is the last voice I hear on my way out the door with "have a lovely day". That may but not seem like a big deal to many folks but it's kinda a big deal to me and here's why. ......... WHY HERE ........ Anyway, the very kind and gentle lady at the cashier always puts a smile on my face, if only fleeting, but it is a smile nonetheless and I know it leaves an imprint on my day and I'm more likely to pass on a good wish than not. The night pharmacist is a very friendly, professional, knowledgable and accommodating gentleman who has helped me on numerous occasions and has gone above and beyond his duties to make my life a little easier, and for that, I am most grateful. Bottom line: There's a ton of good and bad experiences at Walgreens across the country but this one is one of the all-around good ones!”

“Well a couple of weeks ago I had a great experience in Kroger on Houston Levee, so my sister and I decided to get there about 8 am and check shopping off our list. We have family visiting and we needed a few items.
Well, I remembered the young lady in the deli on my last visit and she was Sooooo helpful and kind.
She had a great attitude, so I stopped in the deli after picking up some fruit. Well she wasn’t there, but another lady was already there busy slicing meat. I waited patiently, but after a while, I realized maybe she didn’t see me. Then I saw the young lady who waited on me before, but she was going to the back. So I continued to wait for the lady who was still slicing meat.
My sister came along and I said maybe they’re not open yet. So, she asked the lady if they were open.
The lady replied, “8:00”.
It was 8:15.
So, I just figured she was busy because she never asked us if we wanted anything.
We decided to skip my favorite Honey Maple Turkey Breast. I really wanted my family to taste it because I’m always raving about how delicious it tastes.
Oh well. Sometimes Life gives You Lemons!”

The staff at our Byhalia Kroger Pharmacy has been honest, cooperative and willing to explain insurance, prescriber, and other issues we have had. Our location has a large inventory of drugs and has a much better delivery involving securing out of stock drugs than CVS.”

“The pharmacist by the name of Robin was awesome. I had a prescription that was gonna be $778 and she gave me a phone number for the manufacturer. After talking to them I was able to get the entire cost covered by Pfizer.”
