The clerk who assisted me was very professional and helpful—she got everything done quickly and made the process easy. Great experience overall!”

“I always have a good experience shipping packages off and picking up mail from here. I recently put in an inquiry for "missing mail" (I found it..at my own residence, a week later because someone in the household didn't tell me they checked the mail that day. lol) and this USPS called me for a follow up. It was just that the tracking number was stuck in "Alert" status for whatever reason–my mail was never actually missing. I appreciate USPS calling and texting me with updates about my mailing concerns. Personally, I have never had a problem with this USPS location within the last 15 years of staying in this area.”
“Fast, Easy, Convenient! Scheduled an appointment for a Passport appointment arrived 10 minutes early and they were ready for me. Gloria was fantastic and very helpful! I was in and out in 20 minutes!”
“Staff is always professional and cordial. Sometimes there may be a line. EDIT: So I show up at 4:50 to mail a package and they are closed. Posted closing time is 5:30. Deducted 1 star from my original review.”
“I had to call about a package that said it was delivered and I did not get it. The manager, Eddie Smith, called me and was so nice. He investigated it and found out the sender had put my house number wrong. He found out where it was delivered and he had the mail carrier go the next day to that house to see if they still had the package. She retrieved the pkg and delivered it to me the same day. I was so thankful for the help.”
“The staff member was extremely helpful and helped me fix an error that would have resulted in the package being sent to the wrong address. The wait time can be long at this location since there is usually one person at the front. The staff member works as efficiently as possible. The self service kiosks have not been able to process anything aside from pre purchased labels for a while. This location is closed for lunch daily 12:00-1:15 pm.”

This location had a lot bad reviews but Jimmy is a Light! He is sooooo very patient, accurate and just GENUINELY PLEASANT! It’s hard to find employees at the post office like him! I thought this would be one of the worst experiences based on the reviews but I Can’t say enough kind words about him. I hope they realize he is a treasure! Thank you sir so much! May God continue to shine light from him and upon him!”
“This location gets a bad rep and may have a few bad apples, but Mrs. Sylvia Hines is one of the best there is.
Anytime I have an issue I can count on her to get to the bottom of it and make sure it is resolved. She is proactive and will not hesitate to reach out or respond to you and with a courteous attitude.
They better do all they can to keep her around.”
