“I came in with a truck overheating. I was still about three blocks out. I called them and asked him if they had someone to could bring me some water cause I was coming to them he said give me about 15 to 20 minutes and I will try to get someone there Anyways, I got there they got my truck right in started working on it and they put me up in a break room with the TV Coffee and water Came back and offered me lunch. I was treated like I was a part of the family couldn't ask for a better experience as a truck driver. I want to thank these folks for doing the best that they can when we're having a bad day Because no one wants a broke down Truck when they're trying to do Make a living what I recommend them to anyone else yes 100 times yes I want to take these folks for doing the best that they can for their customer Thank you again”

Both the person who helped us reserve the 10' truck and the person onsite that finished our rental were great to work with. Everything was great with the truck and check out was very easy.”

“Very impressed with the service at the Appling location, in Memphis. The truck was as promised, with assurances too. Loved how solid the cargo area was with the solid wood flooring and Secure wall for tying down! Reminded me of moving trucks from 70s. (A welcome and very significant contrast to Enterprise’s moving truck rental competitor - we rented from them a week ago. They had Very flimsy truck walls - not much to tie go when moving) Will rent from Enterprise again for safe and secure moving (do you know how rough these roads are?! You want your stuff secure!!) Well-worth the mileage expense!”

Everyone on staff was going out of their way to help me and I kept having little things that I needed on top of the major repair they already completed. I just felt like the team here is made up of some really nice folks. I was treated with respect and even when my requests could've seemed silly or even like a nuisance they never acted that way. “I didn't have a reservation and I needed a U-Haul truck on the fly. I've never rented a trip before so it was my first time. The employees there were amazing. The answered all my questions and were very patient with me. They worked with me on getting a truck even though I didn't have a reservation. Whenever I need a U-Haul again I am going back to this location. As long as I live in Memphis then I will continue to go there for service.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a rental.”
