“I have a couple issues with crow's truck service. The parts and service department. My company is a small business, which means I have to diagnose and do a lot of repairs myself. I had a air leak that was coming from the dash air supply valve, simple fix it seems. I purchased a replacement valve and changed it, but the issue was still there. I exchanged the part because I thought the 1st part was defected and the part counter exchanged it with no problem. I stayed on their property and switched the 2nd valve and it had the same problem. I went back to the part department and informed them, and let me know it has to be something else, I agreed. I then went to the service department to see if they could get me in, which they did. The mechanic on duty was great, he diagnose the problem in less than 5 minutes and ordered the part I needed a brake chamber. We took a hour for and returned the part arrived about 10 minutes later and was installed in approximately 30 minutes. I asked the service guy about a refund for a part I didn't need, and he said he would talk to parts. The parts department instantly said no,we exchanged the part once and that's it. While talking to the service guy, I asked him about the exchanged and for some reason he puts both hands in the air and said he is not going to argue with me. Very unprofessional because I'm a costumer asking a question. I was charged 567.61 which included 2hrs labor for 30 minutes work,(very unfair) for the brake chamber and labor+356.37 for the valve I didn't need. Everyone was all smiles when I was spending money, but seems to have an issue with me asking for a refund on a part I didn't need. I was very disappointed with the treatment I received.Crow truck service Memphis Tn.Never again!!!The review I posted earlier was a little premature. Since then I spoke to the parts manager Blain, he has reassured me that there are people in this world who understand and has genuine compassion for others. Thank you sir for the phone call and resolution to this matter. The world needs more people like Blain.”

Both the person who helped us reserve the 10' truck and the person onsite that finished our rental were great to work with. Everything was great with the truck and check out was very easy.”

“Very impressed with the service at the Appling location, in Memphis. The truck was as promised, with assurances too. Loved how solid the cargo area was with the solid wood flooring and Secure wall for tying down! Reminded me of moving trucks from 70s. (A welcome and very significant contrast to Enterprise’s moving truck rental competitor - we rented from them a week ago. They had Very flimsy truck walls - not much to tie go when moving) Will rent from Enterprise again for safe and secure moving (do you know how rough these roads are?! You want your stuff secure!!) Well-worth the mileage expense!”
“A great rental experience. Really appreciate this company’s support for military and veterans. I had reserved a 12’ truck. The one they had on the lot needed preventive maintenance so they gave me a 16’ at no extra charge. And because it was bigger than what I had reserved and they knew it would burn more gas, they gave me a discount on the mileage rate, which was huge for me as I was making a 200-mile round trip. Highly recommend.”

She was so patient and kind during such a frustrating process . I had a chance to watch her work with other customers and she handled each customer the same . Very knowledgeable, friendly, computer savvy , polite best customer! I’ll be coming back to Cynthia again !!!”
“I am convinced that the owner of this franchise and location is of great integrity and very friendly. I made a reservation and I wasn't able to utilize the service's, he graciously understood my predicament and cancelled the reservation and humbly asked if there was a future date of rental, which I said not really. But because of his hospitality I plan on using this particular uhaul for my future rental needs. (Albeit it's in Memphis, so my plans would have to include going to Memphis)”

“Trey was so friendly after the exhausting experience we had at the Mendenhall location. We originally reserved a truck for 24 hours but, after an hour of waiting at the other understaffed location, they did not have a truck available. We called the Collierville location and Trey had us taken care of in minutes. We arrived, were immediately serviced, and on our way! 5 stars just for Trey! Friendly, customer facing employees are too few and far between not to appreciate him!”

“Previous U-Haul store either lied or didn't want to help someone of my ilk. I came to this place instead. The woman at the front desk was incredibly polite. I could tell by looking through their inventory on the way in that they didn't have what I needed. And she knew as soon as I described my needs. But she was helpful and helped me lock down a reservation for my vehicle at a different U-Haul store. She told me the previous store had the vehicle available and that no one had reserved it at all for that day. She printed out my reservation, just in case the previous store tried to turn me away again, apologized for my previous experience at the previous store and wished me a good day. This was one of the most polite and positive experiences I've had at any U-Haul location.”

“Easy to reserve online. The staff was excellent to let me know my truck was delayed coming in for pick up and extending my rental time accordingly.(I really appreciate that I didn't show up with no truck available.) The process to check out truck for damage before leaving premises and checking it back in are very efficient. My bill reflected actual mileage used and was correct. Our family has used vans from this location 4 times now.”
“Absolutely nothing!!! Young lady last name Ryan was just amazing check in was so smooth I thought she may have missed something. Young lady named Tempest (sp)? actually answered the phone. Usually when you call uhaul you get routed to national customer support. She was pleasant extended my trip no problem it was also nice to meet in person. Lastly, and I hate I don’t remember his name because he gave me the other lady name, but he was there to check me in when the trailer was taken off my truck. His name tag said “owner” on it and he was great as well. These people were great from check in , during, and on return. Not usual at uhaul but this entire team was a model for what I’d like to see at every location I have/will do business with.”
