“SHOUT TO THE BEAUTIFUL WOMEN AT SOFT SURROUNDINGS IN GERMANTOWN THIS MORNING ????? My mom and I visited this morning for its one of her favorite stores. As soon as we walked in the store, a Beautiful young lady greeted us from behind the counter. She was so helpful and nice. As we walked through the store another sweet lady informed us on the great sales they had and where to find them. Everyone was so nice and made us feel so welcomed. They also have some Beautiful pieces that feel sooooo good against the skin. Thank you Ladies for the amazing customer service and making our visit a Beautiful experience.”

“I stumbled across this cute store while in Germantown and absolutely fell in love. The clothes are amazing and they have so many selections. Their sale section is INSANE and filled with cute stuff. The best part was the staff. They were so nice and offered to help me out together an outfit for my occasion. They continuously check on you while you are in the dressing room and exchange sizes for you. My whole experience here was great! Super impressed! I will definitely be back!”

“This was my first visit to a Soma store. The employees greeted me cheerily as I entered. I was looking for a racerback with front closure and they showed me what was available, made recommendations on how to choose the best size on a front-closure where there's no adjustment, and asked what colors I was interested in. They also pointed out the underwire was underplastic - a great feature and I'll never get poked by my bra again. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with my purchases and they are going to be so comfortable. I will be back.”

“Store is located in a shopping center in Germantown next to 5 below. I was there because their activewear was 50% of and I need to keep my motivation going! The active section was large but not as well stocked as I had expected, nonetheless I found 2 new cute workout leggings with matching tops! Got to the register and the tops rang up full price. The cashier tells me the tops aren't on sale so I then tell her they're marked down online, she asked me to show her and she would honor the online price which made me happy.”

“This store was nice and well laid out. The associates were busy folding clothing and keeping the store neat when i arrived. The associates are attentive with getting you a fitting room started, Sammi helped me right away, in fact, so did another associate (so i actually had 2 separate fitting rooms started and didn't know it!) but not so much once you are in there trying the clothes on. No one asked me if I needed another size when i was in there. I had to step out and look for things myself or just wait my turn and ask one of the associates if they had a particular size. There were associates helping other patrons while i was back there in the dressing room but none were addressing me. This might just be their policy, i don't know, at any rate, i was helped once by the original associate who first greeted me and then after that, i would get re-dressed and i pretty much swapped my own sizes out myself. To top it off, i left my room to get some other sizes and i let one of the associates know (Laurie i think) that i wasn't done, that i would be back to my fitting room because i wanted to swap out sizes and not to let them put my clothes back on the sales floor and she said "ok!" But apparently she didn't listen because when i got back with my new sizes, my name was erased off of the board and my dressing room had been cleaned out! That was so irritating! I had to go back through the store and track down the items i had set aside to purchase. I know i missed a few, because i couldn't remember everything that i had in there. Other than that, I love Athleta brand clothes! I have well over 100 of their pieces. Their clothes is just comfortable and made for the modern woman and the real woman. They have sizes to fit everyone and almost every item that i try on fits! Other clothing brands have styles suited for one shape- popsicle stick or rectangle. Their clothes fit my curves. Most pants from other brands fit in the hip and butt however they gap at the back, not their clothing. It is well made and designed to fit real, day-to-day shapes. A lot of brands think "athletic build" is someone with a wide torso, narrow butt and hips, wide shoulders. I am athletic but i have a small waist, pear-shaped and have shoulders slightly smaller than my hips so shopping for clothing usually leaves me frustrated and hopeless but with Athleta, i really have to budget because so many pieces look so good on me and i can't possibly buy them all because, let's face it, they are kind of expensive.”

That was my first time inside the store and I just fell in Love with everything. They have such beautiful and one of a kind pieces as well as beautiful decor that would look beautiful in any home. We walked around browsing at all the Beautiful things and we also got to talk with this really sweet young lady who does the decor for the store. She was so great to talk to and also showed us a beautiful piece she was working on in the window. They seem to have a really great team for I'm all about Amazing customer service. Thanks Ladies for making our visit a Beautiful one. ❤️”

“I had placed an Loft order online for the 1st time and my Leggings ended up way to big so decided I'd call them to find out if they had a smaller size in what I had received. They were very pleasant and helpful over the phone. So I planned to make my trip to the Loft. Upon arriving someone was happy to help me with my return & making sure I found the perfect size I would need. I even ended up buying another pair of jeans and a pair of pants. All for a great price too. I'm very pleased with my visit and will definitely return. Highly recommended.”
