“Today is March 6th, 2026. As usual, my wife and I drive two hours each month to return some clothes we bought from the Lululemon website. Because the sizes are often quite different from what we see in person, we have to come here every month to return items. Today we were lucky to encounter a very lovely 🥰 beautiful white customer service representative. Her name is Ewanla, I hope I spell her name right cause I didn’t see her name tag, only heard her coworker called her name. She was very professional, kind, polite, and respectful of our needs.
