Bob makes incredible chaps, need a last minute show shirt, boots, gloves, hat game 💯 or survive cold they are my go to, oh and they let me grab my manager a birthday present 2 minutes before close (super crap of me) found out about this place bc they feed my bosses horses & my boss is extremely picky about his horses so the fact he goes there for feed and comes to barn with a smile more than he goes to grocery store for himself tells me frontier is the place. “The store manager, Amy was very helpful and informative. I told her the issues with my one foot that has a bunion and bone spur on it. When I walk, I have a lot of discomfort by the time I finish walking, she brought out three different brands of shoes and the last brand was one that has the Wide toe box. It felt great and when we did her 3.3 miles the other day my foot was not hurting after the walk. It was a very good first experience and I plan to visit again .”
“I bought a pair of camp boots during the holidays and they have seemed to have had a small defect on 1 boot. I took them back today and explained the issue I had and the lady at the counter was very apologetic and immediately said I would get a new pair which made me quite happy, then another guy working beside her asked what size and brought back a different upgraded style boot and said if I wanted them I could upgrade at NO additional cost, which made me even happier! Also they threw in some other goodies for and again apologized for my troubles and any inconvenience while saying to come back if I had any other issues. Drakes customer service is Above Par over anything I have encountered in the last few years with any products which means I will continue to purchase from them if they carry an item I need. Pics are of my original pair and the BMFs they swapped out, a heck of a deal I feel.”

“This was my first time visiting the Ross in Olive Branch, and I had a great experience. The store was very well organized, and the staff was working hard even late at night. They close at 11:30 PM, and at around 10:30 PM everything was still neat and in order.
The merchandise was perfectly arranged, and the employees were respectful and professional. It was truly a pleasure shopping here. I highly recommend this location.”
“Took my wife here to look for dresses for some upcoming events. We found great selection and she found two very nice dresses plus some other items, all at very good prices. Better selection than most dept or outlet stores and more choices. Well worth the drive from Memphis. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience. “I have shopped at this Cato for years. I have always been greeted as I entered and the sales ladies have been so helpful. They have even go so far as to call other stores to check stock and have items held for me. I love the fact that they have plus sizes in the stores. If I can't locate the item I am looking for they always help me to order online and have it shipped to the store at no extra fee. Not one time have I ever heard anyone be rude to customers, although I have heard a few rude customers. Their clothing is well made and always in style. I just love Cato.”
