Or you can take a Pro tip and rent from The Vintage. The front office is as professional and responsive as you will ever find across the apartment frontiers in this area. Chris runs the grounds and maintenance and like Michala and Lexi in the office, he'll sort your issues in record time.

The property is relatively new and every apartment I viewed was perfect. We settled on a 2-bedroom on the 3rd floor in the main building. We overlook the pool. At select times, set your trash in the hall and it magically disappears. If you're too lazy for that you can haul yours to the dumpster like the other people who don't seem to own a watch or calendar.
They have a solid gym with elliptical and treadmill machines. There's a universal and some free weight and of course a place to bounce around and get your HIIT on.
The lobby has a coffee machine, popcorn, shuffleboard and a large flat screen to hang and watch a game. It's a good community. Halloween brought out the best resident and kid outfits.
The pool is open year round. If your ideal is Wim Hof and you like a good ice plunge now is the time. The area has plenty of patio furniture and there are quite a few cabanas to choose from.
Parking is plentiful and you can reserve spots just for you. Also, you can rent a garage space.
Doors are locked after hours. You can use a small fob or buzz someone in. They'll let you put your own door lock as long as you provide a key.
Your Resident portal online is your e-gateway to pay rent and manage car plates, submit questions and work requests.
I still recommend stopping by the office to say ? hi because they're all so nice. Everyone enjoys a smile. Pay attention! The staff arranges food trucks and they have deals with select businesses. Some extend a 15% discount.
The mail room is secured and your fob gets to your keyed box.
The Vintage is fortunate to have several tenants who are active law enforcement personnel. And while everyone deserves a day off, our property is fortunate to have professionals who's first instinct is to run toward the danger.

The Vintage is next door to Kroger (with gas) a handful of restaurants, a post office, 7 Brew and too many other places to support you. *If it isn't close you prolly (Tennessee spelling) don't need it.
You are close to a disc golf course, a huge city park on the creek, 12 Stones golf course and 3 ways to get onto I65.

Last, I'd be negligent if I didn't mention what isn't there. Over my last few months of enjoying this lavish lifestyle I have to reinforce that I have never seen an unsavory character, miscreant, or other type up to nefarious activities here at The Vintage.

“It's a family restaurant, the food is good,people are friendly. It's a nice place where you don't have to dress up, you don't have to worry what your kids may see or hear. It's what some people call a meat and three veggies.”

“I have been on the hunt for an apartment for the past few weeks as I am planning on moving to the area. The hunt has been absolutely horrible! I’ve had apartments cancel on me back to back day of, tell me I need to apply and place a security deposit before touring, schedule me for a tour then get there and no one is there/office is closed for touring-so overall chaotic experience up until I toured The Ridge. I got to the apartment complex and was immediately met with a friendly face! He introduced himself as Rodrigo and offered me refreshments as well as a place to sit and we got right down to business. The customer service was absolutely AMAZING! He took me to available apartments not “show” apartments so you know exactly what you’d be renting rather than the usual here’s a pretty decorated apartment then get the keys and you get whatever they give you type tour. He was open to questions and gave you honest answers not answers that were given to make a sale. So you were able to have a genuine conversation about the area, the complex details, maintenance, building guidelines etc without feeling like they’re just there to get your money. After I toured the apartments, we went back to the office and discussed rent specials and application details. I was not pushed into filling out an application on the spot (which seems to be normal around here) and was told I could take my time to think about it. After I left, I received a pleasant follow up message that said if I had any questions to not hesitate to reach out and that they’d love to have me at The Ridge! Needless to say this experience ALONE, puts them at the top of my new home list!”
