“From the time I contacted Taylor and Nate till the time of the move, everything went without a hitch. From scheduling to estimates. These guys are the best! Ben, Ryan and Chris were attentive and courteous. Hard working and hustled for 3.5 hours. We moved into a new build and not one scuff mark on the walls or doors. 16 steps up to a storage room without a complaint. If you are looking for a great moving experience...give Taylor or Nate a call. We will be using this company again for another move from East Nashville to Hendersonville in December.”
“They came highly recommended through a co-worker and I wasn't disappointed. they were by far the most best priced and showed once they were done moving my furniture. They arrived precisely at 830am like they said they would and immediately went to work. I had my stuff already boxed and fragile stuff identified. They moved my 800 sq ft apartment with two queen beds, a sleeper couch, and my boxes within in 45 minutes. They drove respectfully down i40 to my new house which took us 45 minutes. Upon arriving, took them about 30 minutes to unload all my boxes and furniture into my house exactly how I wanted it. I rented 3 guys and all of the above took only 2 hours. The men were professional, worked together like a well oiled machine, and no problems.”
“I have used the Madison location since 2019. Always safe with a friendly staff (shout out to Ryan and Joni for their assistance), and the facilities are kept clean. I just moved out as the unit was no longer needed. I recommend them as a solid storage facility. Thumbs up!”

They delivered my box and unloaded it within an hour, and they were careful with my stuff! I would definitely hire them again for my next move.”

“The departure took a long time exacerbated by the fact the 2-person crew was diverted to another location by management and we started late. It took over seven hours to load up. I had packed almost everything myself; they only packed the breakable which all arrived intact. On the other end, it only took the 3-man crew 2 hours to unload everything and re-assemble the furniture. They were great.”

“I had a great experience with Ellis moving & storage. Tae & his crew were fantastic! I was sending furniture & boxes to 2 different states. They kept diligent track of every item and box, tagging it and taking inventory so the everything could be put on a truck headed to FL or VA. They wrapped all the furniture with moving blankets and wrapped the lamps with packing paper. They worked smart & quickly and had great attitudes. I would definitely use this company again.
