“Stored our A/C equipment here for an upcoming project and everything went great. The warehouse was clean and secure, and Jeremy made the whole process easy. They had a 3rd party trucking company deliver our materials to the jobsite whenever we requested them and added the cost to our monthly bill. It made it super easy. Would definitely recommend.”

“First of all, let me be extremely grateful for the staff inside. They were extremely nice and dealing with the situation that I had where I was going to be out of town for two weeks and my express one day package was not delivered even when I was home. I watched the driver show up to my door and then just turn around and not deliver. I had footage and everything on my doorbell camera. After a huge runaround with online and everything else I just decided to go down to the store because FedEx online and the call center was a joke. Both of the staff at this location were extremely helpful and made sure that I got my package even though I had to wait till the driver came back. They sorted everything and gave me estimated windows of when the package was going back to the facility and made sure that I got that package that day so I could have it before I went out for work for two weeks and the package would have to have been shipped back Huge props to the store and I’m very grateful for that. However, I’m not satisfied with the delivery driver. I was home and the driver didn’t want to make any attempt to deliver to the door as there were specific instructions to deliver around the side of the house at my other door.”
“Our company just completed a conference at the Opryland, and utilized this FedEx team often. Mark and Michael provided incredible customer service, even while dealing with FedEx delivery issues beyond their control. Mark was able to get me in touch with the distribution center and save our merch from limbo. While the service rates are higher at this location, the service can't be beat. Thanks team!”
