“Romelo was amazing from the start! I had a highly valued item that needed special attention in packaging for shipment and he immediately made me feel that it would be treated as such. From the time I walked to the the counter until the time I left with a receipt this young gentleman was cordial, professional and made me feel like my item and I were his soul focus. In my opinion, UPS should recognize and reward the values that Romelo represented for UPS and for himself. I will be exclusively using UPS at this location for my shipping needs based on my experience with this valuable UPS employee.
