“TJ and Chris were absolute gems. I had called because I just needed to swap out tires. The tire on my back driver side was damaged and about to burst, and I had a full spare on the rim I wanted to put on in its place. It was a gross a drizzly day and they got my tire changed in less than 10 minutes. They were so professional, kind and just as nice and friendly as could be. Highly recommend them, they’ve even got UHaul services! I’ll be back for all my tire needs. Thanks TJ & Chris, you guys were absolutely awesome.”

“I gave 5 stars because both of my experiences were nice. The lady at the desk was quick to get my trailer tags and polite. I bobtailed in to get a trailer both times so I didn't have any trouble but I wouldn't want to take a trailer in, the space is small. It's also easy to pass up the sign coming from I-24, it's right behind an empty white building and there's typically trailers sitting in that parking area.”

“Our Uhaul dealer really worked with us and it was appreciated. We arrived to pick up our Uhaul from a reservation that I had made. The reservation was guaranteed by Uhaul via email and I was called by a Uhaul representative that it was confirmed. Once we arrived our Uhaul dealer said he didn't have the reservation and that they probably transferred it somewhere else. I called the Uhaul customer service and indeed that is what happened. I was so mad because I was not informed. But the dealer had a truck available and worked with us to reserve it so we didn't have to spend the time calling customer service to get it resolved.”

“John W was a great customer service rep! I did have some issues with the emergency brake on the car hauler activating during my travels when I struck a severe bump on the road. However, John did honor taking 1 day off my daily charge bill for my troubles in having to wait for U-Haul roadside assistance to fix the emergency brake. Plus he assisted me every step of the way attaching and detaching the car hauler when I came to the Madison TN facility. Great facility and great customer care here!”

The front desk guys were both friendly and cognizant of my needs immediately, The Ford PU was great and, the return was quick and well handled. The $$$ part was very reasonable and this ex-Navy guy wanted to thank the nice folks at U-Haul for making my morning trailer towing job easy. THANKS!”

“I hardly ever leave reviews unless the customer service is above and beyond, and today it was. Today it was very important that I get a rental car ASAP for personal reasons. I was unable to rent a car from other places due to them only taking major credit cards (not knocking employees, I understand they have to follow policy). However, Milan at this Avis/ Budget location helped me greatly and I was in and out within minutes with no hiccups. She was extremely helpful and genuinely seemed to care about getting me in a vehicle within a timely manner. This place is going to be my go-to from now on.”

“I don't understand the bad reviews really either. I was stuck in Atlanta traffic and would not be back by the time I was supposed to return it. I called and the lady was very helpful and gave me 2 more hours to return it and not charge me another day. I did get charged another day but she quickly had it refunded. I did not have much interaction other than that but overall it was a good experience.”
