“I have lived here for over 11/2 yrs & I can truly say I am totally pleased with this apartment complex. Staff is very warm & helpful. I am recently widowed, have not lived in an apartment for 47 yrs, but I feel safe living here. My ONLY suggestion is maybe a little more care of the grounds, but just some extra interest in landscaping. Very happy with my choice of living here.”
“Student quarters does a great job of responding to any needs throughout the leasing terms. The apartment I moved into was cleaned when I got there and I haven’t had any issues with appliances. Shout out to Raseem in the office for always being available and answering all of my questions! Great experience!”

“We have lived at Brandy Mill for 1.5 years. Our experience has been good. It’s quite here and feels safe. Any repairs have been taken care of quickly and management have been kind. We are moving to have more outside space for our children and dog. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is the increasing rent, however I don’t feel that is just here but everywhere.”
