From first contact, Eric and Caitlyn showed upmost customer service and professionalism. They went above and beyond what was expected of them while resolving our issue even though the issue was not their mistake but rather the delivery drivers. 10/10 recommend.”
“Chris is the best! She went above and beyond to help us find the products we needed. Many of the items we needed were not available from the manufacturer for a few months. Chris called stores all over their network to find the products and get them shipped in time for our remodel. One crucial set was lost in shipping so Chris checked daily until she found it and had it shipped to us within just over a week. We felt that Chris was not only knowledgeable about solutions for us but that she really cared about meeting our needs.”

“Went in for a refurbished drier after mine crapped out. They had two, showed me them, offered to plug them in and let them run to show they work, and offered a 30 day guarantee. They were even able to deliver it for me and take the old broken one. Both men were very kind, the owner is a great guy and made sure it was working before he left. Decent price, great service! Not the first time I've bought from them and I'll definitely keep them in mind in the future.”

“Dog chewed up the remote control for my GreenTech space heater (which I love). Found the replacement easily on their website — $12.95, seemed reasonable. This thing weighs a hair over a half ounce but, based on experience, I’m prepared to see a shipping cost of about $15. To my surprise shipping is free. Ordered on Sunday, received on Wednesday. It works perfectly. I call that great service. Highly recommend!”
