“My wife ordered me a smoker for Father’s day and there was an issue with our scheduled delivery. We ended up just picking up in store when it wasn’t delivered. From first contact, Eric and Caitlyn showed upmost customer service and professionalism. They went above and beyond what was expected of them while resolving our issue even though the issue was not their mistake but rather the delivery drivers. 10/10 recommend.”

“I want to give a huge shout out to Josh and Drew! I went into the store today, asked for their help and without hesitation, they went above and beyond want I expected. Instead of sending me away to fend for myself or wander the store in search of what I needed and the help I needed, they took it upon themselves to get the job done. I’m thankful for men like Josh and Drew in the lumber department, you both are the best.”

“I've had a great experience with American Rentals. I rented my couch from them, and the process was easy and affordable. The staff has always been helpful, professional, and willing to answer any questions I have. Because of the positive experience I've had, I'm now getting a washer and dryer from them as well. They make it convenient to get the furniture and appliances you need without a huge upfront cost. I would definitely recommend American Rentals to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service.”
