“It’s been a long time since Ive been to a place that has so much care and pride in the work they do. They fixed something in 5 minutes for free that another company estimated a week and $500 to repair. Literally brought tears to my eyes. If you don’t find service like that much these days. Can’t reccomend them enough.”

“I got my car back they had thrown away the pices that went under the hood . The front quarter panel was cracked. I had to take it back in they had to order the parts that were thrown away. They did replace the front quarter panel but chiped another part of my car and would not replace it and it wasn't broken when I took it in there. Would not recommend them. If you do take your car there take pictures of everything and check everything as soon as you get it back.
I wanted to up date my review because they got back in touch with me and replace the broken part. They did it fast. Thank you”

“My wife’s vehicle handsome front corner damage. It was a 2023 Infiniti QX 50 SUV. I contacted Jillian at Gerber and she said to bring it in and had me there the day after I called. I then met with Amber who is the estimator and she was great. They were extremely helpful, the facility was very nice, and the car came back repaired perfectly. It was about as perfect a body shop experience as you could have. I would highly recommend this particular shop. I understand there are three different Gerber‘s in Johnson City alone, and they may all be good, But I would definitely go to the shop where Jillian and Amber work. I think the address was 3508. Very impressed with the shop!”

SERVICE: Most interactions went smoothly, and all were finished to my satisfaction. I am especially pleased with Mark and Grant in the service dept. (I will not enter into any business with Shannon though.)
SALES: We dealt directly with Gavin to buy, and the experience went well. It took too long, but a lot of that was a software issue for the military rebate. (Call the 800 number if it doesn't work online). The sales team that we dealt with all seemed genuine and pleasant. (Yes, even the financing guy) Best of all, their prices were comparable to other dealerships even before the haggling started, both on the new vehicle and the trade-in. So after everything, we felt like we got a good deal. In today's auto market, that's saying a lot! Experiences may vary, but we prayed before each visit.”
“I am writing to commend McKenzie, Kile, and Ally. When I went into the store today, I couldn't find what I needed and McKenzie and Ally helped me find everything within minutes! They knew every item in the store and had the things I needed in my hands so fast! They were so sweet and nice. What a great addition to your team!!! And then Kile helped me with my battery and went out to my car and got the battery for me to charge it. He also helped me find the parts that I needed! I love, love, love your staff and this is the only Auto parts store I will EVER come to because of your awesome staff!!! Keep up the good work!”

“I’ve used them a few times. Farm Bureau likes them. And I do too. I figured I’d share this. Got mirror banged on these skinny backroads. Shattered mirror, window, and door. They fixed quick. Looked great. I got down the road and saw a few scratches on other side window tint. It was small. But I’m a picky bastard. We determined it was some of that glass that went over in that door panel. Rolled window down, scratched. She said bring it back and let’s take panel off. Clear glass. And I’ll have re tinted for you in the morning. No questions asked. Great place. I will always use. All very nice there.”
“Our car broke down right before this oil shop not only did they let us sit in their lobby because it feels 100+ degrees out and our car is broken down the employee helped my husband push it out of the bay. This is what small town South is made of. They will be doing all my oil changes from here on out. Their knowledgeable, experienced in automotive plus Christian ran business”
“This place was amazing!! Drove down from New York and our car battery was just about to explode and they had BOTH batteries, which is rare to find. Grant was so nice and offered to help us as much as he could before and after it started to downpour. He even stayed after work just to make sure we were good and didn’t need a jumpstart.”

“Jason was great! This is a super friendly environment we actually had a blast during the entire experience. We had our puppy with us they let us bring it in and everybody played with it. Very dog friendly dealership obviously from their logo 🤣 every single person we talked to was awesome. They had the best prices and the best selection of anywhere I've looked and honestly gave me more on my trade-in that I was even expecting.”
“I receive letters in the mail all the time from dealerships who want my vehicle, to call them and see what kind of deal they can make me. Today, I took the bait; I called the number and made an appointment with a woman named Holly. She is actually the only reason I'm leaving this review.
Holly met me fifteen minutes before our scheduled appointment without hesitation. She was kind and warm from the beginning to the end of the process. We were unable to come to a deal that worked for my means, but she did push for me. Before we realized the deal wasn't what we wanted, she had me approved for a brand new vehicle, one she entrusted me to test out on my own for as long as I needed. She was patient with me, understanding, and not once did she make me feel small or stupid like most men in the field.

“I did not know about Freedom Collision until my mechanic referred me to them. I met Randy, the owner, who was very courteous and willing to look at my problem. He not only diagnosed the problem but ordered the part and had me completely repaired within 3 days and the price was very reasonable. “Water pump went in my truck. Pulled in and told them what happened. I had the parts to fix it. They were very accommodating and gave me an area to work on my truck. As they were closing up for the evening they gave a hand with reinstalling my belt. They also let my kids stay out of the heat. The store was well stocked even though I had what l needed.
