“All the employees are very friendly helpful. They work as fast as they can. A few times I've been there where there was a long line, but still got out pretty quickly. Ashley is one the best I've had help me. She super quick, knowledgeable and always super nice.”

“Standard service and office is quite large. It is welcoming and as soon as I walked in someone asked me if I needed assistance. I needed to mail a few documents and a package. The guy at the counter offered to wrap everything for me and I was able to get my items mailed off within 20 minutes. Great place to get these things done and since it is close to my place of stay I will use this location regularly.”
“Absolutely love this place! The gentleman is so helpful, answers all my questions, guides me through paper types to find the best for my printing, and the prices are so reasonable. Great location and good hours. I recommend all my friends and family to PostNet in JC for all their printing and shipping needs. Honestly have not a negative thing to say. Told me what kind of paper to use, how to resize and scan my images, even recommended an art event downtown. It's nice seeing people who really like their job and just like helping people. “Not sure where all of the negative reviews are coming from ... I'm new to Jonesborough, have used them twice in the past month, multiple customers were in there each time. I had to ship an overnight package to Florida and it arrived as promised. I also shipped a couple of returns using prepaid labels today, and they helped me package, tape and label those boxes. Everyone was treated respectfully ... from the FedEx employee who was picking up a HUGE load of boxes to the small children with me who were chatty and petting the dog. I'll be back. They are pleasant and efficient.”
