“First time taking a pet to this vet. Our previous vet retired. My 10 month old gsd was not happy to be taken out of the room by a stranger. Instead of stressing her out, they came back and had me help get her on the scale. Because she was stressed the vet spent 45 minutes just talking to her and giving her tiny treats so earn her trust. When the time came for an ear swab & shots(after 45 minutes of trust building) they were amazing.
Yes it's pricey, but no more than any other vet in the area.
The time they took to let our pup feel comfortable was above and beyond what was expected. We will be using them for all the future care of our pets.”

“They are always SO SO good with my fur goblins!! My big Po Boy had a deep laceration to his front paw on Saturday and I am so so thankful they were open!! They were quick to take him back and informed us of the urgency of the matter as well as options/pricing. They quickly put him under and stitched his paw up and had us come back an hour later to pick him up! He LOVES the staff at Indian Ridge, and we do too!! 10/10 paws down!!”

“i have been bringing my babies here for years. Dr. Carpenter and Vet tech Bella are the best duo. i love them both so much. I have an older pup who is 16. he had a fall and was in so much pain. I immediately brought him here on emergency visit and they were phenomenal. at my dogs age i was worried that he would never recover from the fall and i would lose my childhood best friend. with the help from Dr carpenter and bella he made a full recovery. Bella is amazing. He had laser treatments done and Bella was so good and patient with him. Anytime i come here i hope i have bella as my vet tech because she is truly an animal lover and cares for everyone that walks through the doors. Dr Carpenter is wonderful. I can’t explain enough how much these two have impacted both of my dogs lives and have done nothing but the absolute best for them. I am so appreciative of these two women and would refer anyone i know to this clinic. Forever thankful for them as now i can enjoy a few more years with my old man ?”

“Been going here with my two dogs, a Field Spaniel and Border Collie mix for six plus years. During this time span have dealt with normal annual visits and more emergency type situations. I have found the office staff, techs and doctors to be outstanding. In particular I want to praise Dr. Campbell. Both my dogs detest going to the vet in general, but they love her. Further, she abides all my questions with great patience and her explanations are always clear. She never pulls the "I'm the doctor and you're not routine" I've experienced with other vets. Simply, she's the best and I could not be happier that my dogs are in her care.”

“I have seen other comments about their prices and yes, they are a bit expensive, but in my experience they are a fantastic veterinary practice! I trust my animals with them and have always received top-notch care from them. I have several cats and will be rescuing another stray cat next week that I have built trust with. The staff here know me by name and know my pets by name. I have never had a bad experience with these fine folks and the care my pets receive is always top-notch. I've been with them for almost a year and a half now and I couldn't be happier. When I take my kitties there, I know they will get the best health services money can buy.”

“I have been here several times with my cats, and each time, my total comes up to half of what I thought it would be. I receive the absolute best care, with updates on my babies each step of the way. I love that they check with you before doing any procedure or treatment and get approval on the costs. Even if there is a bit of a wait, it is worth it to be able to be seen when you need to without an appointment. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. I have zero complaints about them! If you're looking for a vet, this is the place to go, no questions asked!!”

“3 weeks exactly tonight, I had to let my BooKitty go. She would have been 19 years in December. It was the hardest thing to do! I appreciate everyone at Airport Emergency, they are the most kindest people ever! They had my friend and I go into the comfort room, it is set up like a living room and I said my goodbyes. Then when I was done, I rang a bell and I held my Boo as she left this world. They were so calming to me and thoughtful, they even made paw prints for me and held her body for a few days, cause my friend's husband made her a casket. “Not too long ago we took in a tiny orange tabby who had been left at a neighbor’s doorstep. Little Jack was only about 5 weeks old and seemed pretty puny. Being new to the area (and already having 5 cats) we figured, “ What’s one more mouth to feed?” and took him in. We took him to Robinson Animal Hospital to get checked out and he was found to have Feline Leukemia, which he would probably have not survived. Dr. Fox gave me the sad news, crying the whole time, and put the poor thing down for us. She cried and cried with me during the process and let me hold him. I have never met another vet break down in tears at having to put an animal to sleep! This compassion shown to us (who only had Jack for 3 days) has determined that this is our vet for our other 5!!”
