“Highly recommend! Our family will be loyal to Greg at Poor Boys forever. He has always fixed our cars quicker and cheaper than anyone else could ever, including dealerships. He makes us feel like a priority customer every time. Not once has he ever played with our time or money!! By far, one of the most trustworthy master mechanics in the East Tennessee area.”

“Preston was prompt at check-in. Had a loaner car available within 5 minutes. Called me when my car was ready for pickup. When I came Preston was out to lunch, but the other service rep got my car for me quickly. It had been washed and was ready to go. Great day for service. Thanks”
