The people that work there are so nice at the Hartsville and Gallatin branches .They have never turned me down when I needed some money. I would recommend Citizens Bank to anyone. A special thanks to Ted Kelly who was there for me several times before I sold my business. Robert Thurman was also there for me. Joanne and Gloria always answer all my questions when I call, never get frustrated with me, and always say to call back anytime. “The banking experience at Macon Bank & Trust Company is second to none. There aren't many banks left that provide the excellent customer service that Macon Bank & Trust does. Very seldom will you call that the person that answers the phone can't answer your question. No hold, no annoying music for 30 minutes, just general customer service. You can tell the quality of the bank by simply looking at their Facebook posts and seeing employees retiring with 20,30, and 40 plus years”
