“Not sure why others are complaining . If the owner is there she will absolutely drop everything and help, maybe the negative reviews came when she wasn't there, I've not a problem with food or service since the got rid of a few employees last year.”

“Editing my review to add - I went to shop for the ingredients to make Dolma, my first time ever trying it! The staff are so wonderful, friendly, and helpful. I made it tonight and it turned out great!! Definitely won't be my last time ? paired wonderfully with their freshly baked Samoon, and hummus made with the tahini I bought from them also!
The Samoon is beautiful and delicious! Perfect with Zaatar, Labneh, honey, etc ? And I'm so excited to finally try a Dubai style chocolate bar!

“My sister stopped and picked up my lunch from this location today. I got meatloaf, mashed potatoes, peas, a roll & peach ice tea. It was all very good and tasted homemade. Tuesday is "Italian Day," but I got a traditional meal. I also got 3 of the potato wedges that are battered and really tasty. It's a really good and nicely priced lunch option. Food City is a clean store with fresh produce and fresh meats as well. Nice staff. Has a gas station you can use your points at to.”
“Fresh meat and chicken at great prices. FRIENDLY. Their grocery prices are not competitive, though. The same stuff seems to sit on the shelves. Perhaps they can clean the parking area a little more religiously, and provide a garbage receptacles outside. No one likes walking through thrown away wrappers and cups.”

She is so kind and the reason I shop at Ingles. It's unfortunate that Robert spoke down to her when I was trying to purchase something from the deli on one of the last visits. “I love Ingles. Beautiful products, fresh produce, great deal on meat selections. The butchers, produce staff, deli counter staff are always so helpful and pleasant. Store is clean. If you aren’t aware of the incredible Italian cart in the back of the store near bakery dept., you’re missing a hidden gem. This is at the Oak Ridge store. They carry Sclafani Italian products. Not what you find in average stores. This is the real deal in authentic Italian goods.”
“Unbelievable selection for the prices, some cold items, many pantry items and their pay it forward system is so rare and amazing. If more companies like this existed the world would truly be a better place. “My daughter and I went to this Kroger today and had the best experience I've ever had in a grocery store. People there were so friendly so we so clean what made the experience so outstanding was that we went to Starbucks and Keith think it was anyways he was so sweet to my daughter I'm so polite to me. It was just a great experience. Then we go to check out the bag lady played with my daughter Abigail and I was so impressed how they were just so great her name was Jane these two should definitely be promoted or recognized for the best employees ever. “We bought some sirloin, 90/10 ground beef and hamburger patties. The first night we had sirloin, it was so good on our grill, hardly any fat and so tender! My girls 16 & 12 noticed that the spaghetti meat sauce was different, and ate more than they usually do. My husband was shocked how we did not even need to drain the fat, bec. there was none! We really like Gray Family Farm. Wish we weren't moving just so we could continue buying from them!”
