“Purchased a prime rib roast that was absolutely delicious. The meat dept never disappoints. If you want specially cut meats be sure to get there early in the day.”
“Good gas the prices are higher than the other gas providers- use the store discount get the price the same as the others so the discount isn’t that big of a deal unless you have 1000 points”
“I saw the most heart warming situation here today. The lady running the building came out and pumped an elderly gentleman's gas because he couldn't walk. She had a pleasant smile on her face the whole time. In the middle of helping him another customer had a question to start pumping gas. She never missed a beat and took care of it all. With a smile on her face the entire time. God bless her. She deserves it. This was Clinton Hwy and Emory Rd. Food City gas and go.”
“This new food city location is well laid out and fully stocked. The former location only a few blocks away was well out of date and needed to be remodeled. Our family prefers the prices and selection at Kroger marketplace or at Aldi but if you live near this food city give it a whirl.”
“First and foremost, there is an electric scooter with a basket, and also they have automatic doors. The store is very neat with wide aisles and has a very good selection of items.”

“I tend to shop here often, as it's right by my house. I use a walker and I find it VERY difficult to maneuver around the store as there are carts and goods all over the store. I love the place otherwise! I can't go inside without getting all the rice pudding they have in stock and, of course, Popsicles & ice cream!”
“Always clean. Have air dryer instead of paper towels.... Coffee is always stocked... Only issue is they run out of soda/colas/pops in 2ltrs all the time and have issues with the cigarettes stock also.”
“In all honesty this is the cleanest and best Kroger in Knoxville. It's large. Plenty of room. The best prices for your money. The staff is just the best and friendliest of anywhere I've ever been pharmacy included. The selection is huge. The fruits and veggies are always the freshest in town. Now I can say the clothes and shoes they sell are just fantastic. Great quality. Long lasting wear. The selection is great. I have to browse and buy every time I go in. The management is very helpful when you need a rain check on an item they may be out of. If you don't shop this Kroger your missing out. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I don't hand out 5's very often either.”
