βI donβt write reviews often, but this one is deserving - Mark & the others at Precision Care are genuinely kind and itβs evident that they care about giving the best solution to their clients. I have never felt pressured into any fix for my car, but their pricing is honest and fair. Turnaround time is quick, and I have not had any other issues on things theyβve repaired for me. I have an older vehicle, so itβs sometimes difficult to find parts, but Mark has taken the time to do research and check wherever he can to take good care of us. It means a lot in todayβs high-priced world to have found someone trustworthy and honest!β

βI just had Chris at The Detail Experience ceramic coat my new Malibu boat. Chis did an outstanding job. He put two coats of ceramic on the exterior and one coat on the interior. It looks fantastic. The boat was brand new but he still polished the exterior and then took three days to make sure everything was perfect. The dealer said another detail company spent less than one day coating a different boat, but Chris work diligently for three or four days on my boat. It will be interesting to see how the product holds up and keeps it clean. Chris was a pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job. I would recommend his work.β

βHad my 07' mini cooper repaired for a coolant leak. No appointment, was accepted and completed repairs within 24 hours due too needing parts. Was surprised the repair was completed so quickly, but the tech worked late to complete. AWESOME communication throughout. Fair priceβ
βI've had a couple of incidents in the past year that caused damage to my truck. Insurance recommended a national chain give me an estimate first. Then I took it to Pat Bowles. I don't remember the price difference but that's not the point of this review. Nor is it something I prioritize with my vehicles. Maybe Bowles was less, maybe it was more. I don't remember. What I do remember is the attention to detail in repairing it. I know when I call I'll get an answer from someone (Hope, usually) who's friendly and eager to help. Getting an estimate didn't mean I needed an appointment. They took photos and notes and I had my estimate before I walked out the door. Scheduling the repair was easy. And they do great work. Working with a family business that's locally owned is head-and-shoulders above working with a chain.β
βI came in to get my tire looked at because it hasnβt been keeping air in, the two workers there were very nice and helped me out even with it being so close to closing time!! Thank yall so much!!β

βGot crack in my windshield the other day and it spread fast. I called for an appointment and from the beginning of the a woman asking me and checking for a discount for me through my insurance which I didn't know to getting me in asap. Then when I get there they offered me Coffee, water and hot chocolate I knew I was at the right place. Everyone was nice and showing their southern hospitality. The guy working on my car was friendly and quick too and had me in and out in no time. Most definitely a place I have saved and bookmarked.β

βThe mechanics are skillful and knowledgeable. Boogee is the owner and has always been honest and upfront with what needs to be repaired. He does not try to oversell or push you into unnecessary repairs, He is very fair on the cost of repairs. They are like the old fashioned garages of an era gone by. They may not have a waiting room with tv and coffee, but they have people who know what they are doing and you are not paying for all the fluff. You pay for a job well done. When we thought a tie rod issue they looked it over and called me to tell me it was just lug nuts not tightened from the tire dealer who put on new tires. The best and most honest mechanics and garage. Would give 10 stars if availableβ
βJody helped me when there seemed to be little to no options left. Jody's was the third shop I landed at (should have been my first). Brought in a 30+ year old truck that was running very rough. Actually, it wasn't running. It was towed in. Took a decent amount of troubleshooting, but he got it back up and running.
Plain and simple, Jody is great. Very happy with the outcome and service provided. If you're looking for great mechanic, Jody's is your place.β
βA tree jumped out tore up my front end. Insurance company "totaled" my car. Other repair shops refused to work on my car. Then I found James Auto just down the street from me. Confidently, the owner looked at my car and said he can restore it. It looks better now than it did prior to the tree hitting it! It's a 2013 Murano SUV convertible that they for only two years. My classic car is now even more classic after James Auto professionally restored my special car. Learned they do all sorts of Auto work, including oil change. For now on my cars go to James Auto first!!β

After getting screwed by the Mercedes dealership in Cool Spring$$$ we finally found a mechanic that is honest, informative, kind, fair and dependable in United Auto Service. They have ALL the diagnostic tools in house. They explained everything they were doing and saved me so much money. We are very thankful to Paul and Justin for bringing us this miracle!
