However, in all of that darkness there was a bright spot, Maura at Caliber Collision. From the moment I walked in she was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step in the process so I knew what to expect. On top of being so focused on customer experience she was also somehow able to get my car back to me more than a week ahead of schedule. “I had done a fair amount of research on the Tiguan prior to going to Volkswagen of North Nashville. As soon as I walked in, I was promptly met by Marco Bowen. Very professional, introduced himself and asked if he could help. I told him what I was looking for, and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He pulled two vehicles up to the front of the dealership; I was interested in the 2026.Prior to taking it for a test drive Marco took time to explain the different features and how they operated. Smiling and pleasant when you walk in - let’s face it - usually when you are coming into an Autobody shop - Your day is already been rough. When you leave you feel like they are going to take care of you and your vehicle. I have been in several of the shops for different reasons and this shop - by far is the best with customer service, and keeping you updated on your car.”
