It's an extremely busy shop so appointments are very highly recommended (calling and speaking to the front desk is best to check the scheduling, scheduling online is an option but talking with them will give you a clearer idea of how busy they are). They accommodate tow-ins and walk-ins, just be prepared for a wait and be ready to be patient. Strongly recommend dropping your vehicle off (especially for any diagnostic or evaluation work) because of how popular and busy they are but they do have a waiting area, a Sonic right next door, and lots of restaurants nearby to hang out at if you're stuck there.
