“I can’t say enough great things about Austin and Mr. David in the Tire Center at Sam’s Club in Hendersonville. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and communicative throughout the entire process. They kept me informed about everything they found with my vehicle, clearly explained the issues they noticed, and went above and beyond to help resolve a major problem.

“My name is Paul Ragnoli. I’m from the Detroit, MI. area. Recently, I visited the Sam’s Club in Hendersonville, TN. to buy a hat bc it was raining while we were there. I went to the clothing dept. where I approached an elderly, smiling lady named Marvis who was folding clothes! I asked her where the hats were and she said they don’t sell hats there and directed me to Walmart, just down the road. I struck up a conversation with her and we talked for quite a while. Marvis is 84 years old and is a very intelligent, hard working and dedicated employee. Imagine the experience she brings to the table!?Having been a former manage, as I was, we talked about workplace environment and employee / management interaction. We talked about how nice it is to have the manager / supervisor recognize you and say good morning or good afternoon, whatever the case may be. Teamwork makes everyone successful, and knowing your team mates names and their personal story lends a sense of personal worth to the workers. After all, kindness is free and the feeling it gives to your employees is immeasurable! I always treated my employees with respect, a sense of appreciation and worth and never took them for granted. Although Marvis didn’t spell it out in so many words, I sensed their could be some room for improvement in this area. I thoroughly LOVED talking to that lady! She is witty, smart, and funny! If I wasn’t in a rush to meet my son for dinner, I would have loved to pick her brain some more. So, if anyone in management is reading this, please stop by and show some respect for someone who has put in the time on this Earth and knows a thing of two. Just a smile and a hello and a “How are you doing Marvis?”. It would really make an elderly lady feel happy. Anyone who works there, please stop by and tell her that Paul from Detroit (who was riding in a handicapped scooter) will never forget her. And of someone could text me her address to my phone (586-206-7731), I would love to send her a card to show my appreciation! Thank you in advance!”

“Leaving this review immediately after leaving because I've been to both my primary care and an ENT specialist twice in the past month to get help with my ears to no avail. But Arita took care of me today and was able to solve a persistent issue alongside diagnosing a severe ear infection that has been missed by every other doctor or nurse practitioner I've seen. Arita is wonderful, as is Nurse Monica. These are good people that genuinely care.”
“I didn’t catch her name, but the lady that helped at checkout on March 22nd at around 12:30pm was an absolute delight. She spoke to my daughter and encouraged her in regards to an upcoming Easter egg hunt.
I’ve had some bad experiences at other Walgreens recently (evidence by my past review), but I’m willing to continue doing business there due to this ladies kindness.”

“My review is for the pharmacy. I have an upcoming procedure that I’m super anxious about. My specialist had to call in meds for me ahead of time. I’ve never used CVS but my pharmacy insurance prefers that I fill through CVS. I had the best experience and I wish I would have gotten the guys name that helped me so he could be recognized. My meds were very expensive and he got me a lower price with a CVS discount. Thank you so much to the guy that helped me! He was patient, kind and explained everything to me. I will be switching all of my pharmacy business to this location!”
