“I don’t write reviews often, but this one is deserving - Mark & the others at Precision Care are genuinely kind and it’s evident that they care about giving the best solution to their clients. I have never felt pressured into any fix for my car, but their pricing is honest and fair. Turnaround time is quick, and I have not had any other issues on things they’ve repaired for me. I have an older vehicle, so it’s sometimes difficult to find parts, but Mark has taken the time to do research and check wherever he can to take good care of us. It means a lot in today’s high-priced world to have found someone trustworthy and honest!”

“Made an appointment online. Arrived a bit early and were greeted and seated quickly. Getting all 4 new tires mounted and balanced took less than an hour. I kept one tire for a home project and the disposal fee for that one was waived. They even installed my modded tire valves. Overall I am satisfied with Discount Tire's service. If ever I need warranty work or more services from them, I will update this review.”

Jason the manager saved me and my wife.. we were on our way to get coffee at our favorite coffee shop when one of our wheels almost fell off !!! He sent his co workers to help in the storming Rain… To help at Auto Zone next door…Taylor went out of her way to help. I cannot thank them enough. “I got a flat tire while heading into work and I called in to get a price for a tire and these kind gentleman were nice enough to go to where I was and help me with filling up my tire so I can get to their shop free of charge and also gave me a discount on the price. “My name is Paul Ragnoli. I’m from the Detroit, MI. area. Recently, I visited the Sam’s Club in Hendersonville, TN. to buy a hat bc it was raining while we were there. I went to the clothing dept. where I approached an elderly, smiling lady named Marvis who was folding clothes! I asked her where the hats were and she said they don’t sell hats there and directed me to Walmart, just down the road. I struck up a conversation with her and we talked for quite a while. Marvis is 84 years old and is a very intelligent, hard working and dedicated employee. Imagine the experience she brings to the table!?Having been a former manage, as I was, we talked about workplace environment and employee / management interaction. We talked about how nice it is to have the manager / supervisor recognize you and say good morning or good afternoon, whatever the case may be. Teamwork makes everyone successful, and knowing your team mates names and their personal story lends a sense of personal worth to the workers. After all, kindness is free and the feeling it gives to your employees is immeasurable! I always treated my employees with respect, a sense of appreciation and worth and never took them for granted. Although Marvis didn’t spell it out in so many words, I sensed their could be some room for improvement in this area. I thoroughly LOVED talking to that lady! She is witty, smart, and funny! If I wasn’t in a rush to meet my son for dinner, I would have loved to pick her brain some more. So, if anyone in management is reading this, please stop by and show some respect for someone who has put in the time on this Earth and knows a thing of two. Just a smile and a hello and a “How are you doing Marvis?”. It would really make an elderly lady feel happy. Anyone who works there, please stop by and tell her that Paul from Detroit (who was riding in a handicapped scooter) will never forget her. “Ohkay so I had been trying to buy these b.f. Goodrich ko 2 tires since November 1st I pulled the trigger on December 1st as I was promised a bunch of rebates and deals to drive the price down from 1600 ish all the way to 1220 $ thats crazy .. they ordered them it took 10 days i called them they said one set didnt ship out like it should have the shop gm then personally ordered the tires from another distributor just to make sure I had tires by today the 11th they showed up funny enough with the original ones that were missing in transit as well ? .. but Christain took care of me at the front desk and the gm had left notes as well Christain then proceeded to honor all the rebates and after tax and everything was said and dun I got my tires for 1350 $ put the door ! Mounted balanced installed with road hazard and all and an alignment and a free oil change ! While I waited inside the store Jess was answering phones and questions left n right and keeping a lovely lively envierment for all ! Have nothing but absolute gratitude and love for every single one of these guys n gals meanwhile only 2 tire techs outside doing work ! Like acually hustling and doing the job right step by step ! The tire tech who is useully in the poe hoodie with the white bird ? legit torqed my bolts to spec and they even let me know the last mechanic cross threaded a bolt down on my truck and they were able to get it off but not put it back as I dont care to replace the studd but they were super cool about everything easy and simple took care of me and ide recommend them to any and everyone considering discount tires wanted to charge me 1900 for the same tires b 4 any taxs ! Im so blessed have a merry Christmas ? !”

“Good products and service's with reasonable prices. Bought my last set of tire's there years ago and they worked out great. They were so good I went back today and got four more of the same. Have memberships to the wharehouse stores but best deal was Tire Discounters.”
