“I had a timing chain to go bad in my BMW 328i convertible I brought to Mr Jim come to find out it was more than a timing chain I needed a whole new engine Mr Jim and his crew putting me a new engine in my BMW which I have to say they did a excellent job my car runs like a brand new car I have no oil leak no radiator leak everything is just perfect on the car may I use Mr Jim for all my mechanic use and I also have referred him to several other people to him he does excellent work and he stands behind his work if you looking for a good honest mechanic Madison muffler and repair is the place take it to Mr Jim he would take care of you I really like this guy he's cool go see him if you need him for mechanic work.”

“Full service shop, not a parts store any longer (AutoZone is right next door), but way more than just tires! It's an extremely busy shop so appointments are very highly recommended (calling and speaking to the front desk is best to check the scheduling, scheduling online is an option but talking with them will give you a clearer idea of how busy they are). They accommodate tow-ins and walk-ins, just be prepared for a wait and be ready to be patient. Strongly recommend dropping your vehicle off (especially for any diagnostic or evaluation work) because of how popular and busy they are but they do have a waiting area, a Sonic right next door, and lots of restaurants nearby to hang out at if you're stuck there.
